I contacted Shefali to assist my daughter with her Chemistry class. She was very responsive via email and text. She was professional at all times and very accommodating to both our scholastic needs and our availability. The website is easy to navigate and my daughter had no trouble logging in for her first session. My daughter who is a sophomore, had difficulty understanding the concepts of precalculus and was getting undesirable grades in her Math class.
